About
20+ years of medical affairs, in-house.
Over 20 years in medical affairs, including Director-level roles at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Gilead Sciences, and Indivior, I've led medical affairs functions across ANZ, APAC, and international markets — including the international launch of landmark rare disease therapies for cystic fibrosis.
Most recently, as General Manager, Medical Affairs at Montu, I built the medical affairs and research governance function from the ground up for one of Australia's largest health-tech companies, operating within one of the country's most complex and fast-evolving regulatory environments.

- →Health-tech and medtech startups building medical affairs infrastructure from scratch

Approach
My approach is scientifically grounded and practically minded — built on two decades operating inside global pharma and health-tech, not advising from outside it. I hold an MPharm from the University of Otago and bring hands-on experience across rare disease, complex product launches, regulatory-novel categories, and cross-functional medical strategy.
Sydney-based, working across ANZ and internationally. Engagements available on a retainer, project, or advisory basis.
